I. Project Name: Commissioned Water Quality Monitoring Project for Sewage Inlet Monitoring Points of Jiaxing City Integrated Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd.

III. Scope and Method of Tender: Open Tender
IV. Tenderer: Jiaxing Joint Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd.
V. Scope of Bidding: Two-year monitoring of water quality for 107 parameters at the 25 key sewage inlet points across each city network company within the Jiaxing Wastewater Treatment Project.
Monitoring Locations: Within the administrative scope of Jiaxing City.
Contracting Method: Fixed-price unit contract (additional testing and self-check items will be settled separately).
Service Period: Two years.
Quality Requirements: Must meet the technical specifications set by national regulations.
VI. Maximum Bid Price: 800,000 RMB. For new or self-delivered monitoring projects, the charge rate shall not exceed 90% of the Zhejiang Province standard charges.
VII. Qualification Requirements for Qualified Bidders (Qualification Review Method: Post-Qualification Review):
1. The bidder must be a company or institution with national measurement accreditation (i.e., holds a CMA certificate), and the scope of the CMA certification must include the testing of COD, TN, NH3-N, pH, TP, Ni, Cr, Zn, Cu, SS, and other approved parameters.
2. The bidder must have laboratories in Jiaxing City that have passed the CMA certification.
VIII. Registration and Tender Document Sales:
1. Registration and Document Release Date: December 13, 2017 – December 15, 2017 (excluding rest hours from 9:00–11:00 and 14:30–17:00 on weekends).
2. Interested bidders are required to register and purchase tender documents during the specified period. Please contact the designated department for further details and submission procedures.
3. All bidders must ensure their qualifications meet the requirements before submitting their bids. Late submissions will not be accepted.
4. The tender documents can be obtained through the official website or by visiting the project office in person.
