Customize a script based on linux instead of rm command

The `rm` command in Linux is very powerful and irreversible. To prevent accidental deletion, you can create a custom script to replace the `rm` command. The following script helps you manage file deletions more safely. This simple script doesn't use the `rm` command directly. Its main functions are: 1. If the recycle bin doesn't exist, it creates one. 2. It removes the trailing slash from folder names (if present). 3. It appends a date to the file or folder name. If it's a folder, it compresses it first before moving it to the recycle bin, and the original folder is moved to `/tmp`. Save the script as `my_rm.sh` and place it in a hidden directory, such as `/home/fedora/.my_remove`. Next, modify your startup scripts. For Fedora, edit the `.bashrc` files in your home directory and in `/root`. Add two lines to include this script in your environment and set an alias for the `rm` command, as shown in the image below. After modifying the startup scripts, restart your system (you can use the `reboot` command) for the changes to take effect. If everything works correctly, using the `alias` command will show the new configuration, as displayed in the image. Now, when you use the `rm` command, it will no longer delete files permanently. Instead, they will be moved to the recycle bin with a timestamp added to their names, making it easier to identify them later. To empty the recycle bin, navigate to it and run the appropriate command. This will also trigger Linux to automatically clean up the `/tmp` directory after some time.
