Fault phenomenon: automatic search fails, vertical bright line
Analysis and maintenance: Open the internal I2C menu to record data, replace with a new 24C04 chip, then rewrite it. A vertical bright line is usually caused by a burned L413 inductor. After repair welding, check if R411 (680Ω) has deteriorated and replace it with a 1K resistor. Example 2

Fault phenomenon: color cast after one year of use
Analysis and maintenance: Replace the picture tube. If the TV cannot automatically search for channels, try replacing the 24C04 chip. Analysis and maintenance: Change R872 from 4.7/1W to 47K/W. Remove the switch mold, scrape the blade hole, and reinsert the spring. Replace 24C04 if necessary. Check the high-frequency head. For the program number issue, check the connection between TB1240 (pin 1) and TCLM06V3 (pin 13). If the copper foil is broken, repair it. Also, check for loose L413 inductor core and secure it with 502 glue. Example 5
