TCL LCD TV L42M66H is experiencing a screen mosaic issue. After checking, the problem seems to be related to the motherboard. The most likely components involved are U11 (field dynamic storage DDR) or U9, which may not be functioning properly. Please refer to the image below for more details:

After verifying that U9 is working correctly, the next step is to check U11. The pins 3, 9, and 15 of U11 show a normal voltage of 2.5V. However, pin 49 of U11 reads only 0.4V, which should normally be around 1.3V. Further inspection revealed that C99 is in good condition, but C98 shows signs of a short circuit. After replacing or repairing C98, the system returns to normal operation.
