The effect of switching on and off on the cyclic loading of light blocking elements

At the same time, in a thermal load cycle, the light blocking heat usually takes a long time, and the material will produce high-temperature creep; while in the long run, each load cycle is variable in amplitude, and its cumulative damage effect must be studied in detail. Therefore, this kind of fatigue damage has special characteristics compared with the damage caused by ordinary mechanical loads, and its failure mechanism must be continuously deepened. Carry out the photothermal fatigue experiment of absorber and put forward a suitable fatigue life prediction model.

Experimental research is the most direct assessment of structural performance and can verify the results of numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. It is the starting point for designing new experiments to make full use of the experimental researches carried out by APS, ESRF and SPring-8, etc., to improve the existing problems and unreasonable factors to make the experiment more realistic and contain more influencing factors. The fatigue model is the core of the low-cycle fatigue design criteria. A suitable fatigue model is required to describe the failure mode of the component under thermal load and accurately predict the fatigue life.
