AC contactor maintenance and maintenance

AC contactor maintenance and inspection are generally divided into running a stop <br> <br> maintenance, equipment operation in AC contactor required inspection items are:

1. Whether the passing load current is within the rated current range of the AC contactor;

2. The indication signal of the AC contactor is in accordance with the normal working state of the circuit.

3. The sound of the AC contactor in operation is normal, and there is no noise or discharge noise due to poor contact;

4. The electromagnetic coil of the AC contactor is overheated and the short circuit of the electromagnet is normal.

5. The arc extinguishing cover of AC contactor has no looseness or damage;

6. The auxiliary contacts of the AC contactor are burned.

7. Does the AC contactor's transmission part have any damage?

8. Whether the operating environment surrounding the AC contactor is unfavorable and the operation of the AC contactor is inconvenient, such as excessive vibration, poor heat dissipation environment, and excessive dust.

Second, the maintenance of the AC contactor is not working:

If the electrical equipment stops working and needs maintenance, it is necessary to perform simultaneous maintenance on the AC contactor.

1. External maintenance of AC contactors:

1) Clean the external dust of the AC contactor;

2) Check whether there are any loose fasteners on the AC contactor, especially the important conductor connection part, to avoid the AC contactor heating due to loose contact of the conductor;

2, AC contactor contact system maintenance:

1) Carefully check whether the position of the moving and stationary contact points of the AC contactor is correct, and whether the three phases are synchronously closed in place. If any problem can be solved by adjusting the contact spring of the AC contactor;

2) Carefully inspect the contact wear of the AC contactor. The depth of wear shall not exceed 1mm. If the contacts of the AC contactor have burned, the silver contacts must be replaced when the silver contact falls off; When lightly burned, under normal circumstances does not affect the use of AC contactor. Special attention should be paid to the use of sandpaper when cleaning the contacts of AC contactors, and the use of plastic files to clean the contact surfaces;

3) Strictly measure the phase-to-phase insulation resistance of the AC contactor, and the resistance value is not lower than 10 MΩ;

4) Carefully check whether the auxiliary contact action of the AC contactor is flexible, whether the contact stroke is in compliance with the specified value, and check whether the auxiliary contact has loosened and dropped off. If any problem is found, it must be repaired or replaced.

3, maintenance of AC contact core:

1) Clean the dust, especially the moving parts of the AC contactor and the contact surfaces of the iron cores;

2) Carefully check the tightness of the AC contactor core and the presence or absence of rust. The loose or rusted core will cause the noise of the AC contactor to increase;

3) If the short circuit ring of the AC contactor falls off or breaks, it should be promptly replaced or repaired.

4. Maintenance of electromagnetic coil of AC contactor:

1) Carefully measure the coil insulation resistance of the AC contactor;

2) Check the AC contactor coil insulators for discoloration, aging, etc. The coil surface temperature must not exceed 65 °C;

3) Check carefully whether the coil lead connection of the AC contactor is open or burned. If so, repair it in time. 5. Maintenance of arc shroud part of AC contactor:

1) Carefully inspect the arc extinguishing cover of the AC contactor for damage, and if necessary, replace the arc extinguishing cover;

2) Check whether the position of the arc extinguishing cover is correct, whether there is looseness or position change;

3) Carefully remove the metal particles and debris in the gap of the AC contactor arc shroud and keep the arc chute clean.
