It is understood that in the "Decision" encouragement projects, the "sea turbine wind turbine technology development and equipment manufacturing" and "nuclear power plant emergency rescue technology and equipment" and other projects.

At the same time, for the power industry, the “decision” has also been given some adjustments. Among them, the “fourth, electric power” item 3 of the encouragement category “cogeneration with the central heat supply unit of 300,000 kilowatts or more, and heat, electricity, “Cold Cogeneration” was modified to “adopt back-pressure (back-draft) type cogeneration, thermoelectric cold cogeneration, 300,000 kilowatts and above cogeneration units”.
