At the exhibition, Hongli Optoelectronics' various new packaging products were popular, including “Hong†series COB products, plant growth lamp ceramic C3535 series, third generation new EMC process package EMC3535 series, and spotlights for directional commercial lighting fixtures. The second generation of white ceramic C3535 series of products brings new and efficient LED application solutions to different fields.

“Hong†series COB light source includes Hongjun, Hongxing and Hongcai products. Hongjun also includes LM (aluminum substrate product), LT (copper substrate), and LC (ceramic series).
The LM series is made of high-reflection aluminum-based package with good light-emitting effect and 145LM/W light efficiency. The whole series of products adopt anti-vulcanization design, which solves the blackening problem caused by the entry of external environmental impurities in COB products. . The LT COB is designed with a low thermal resistance package. The 100W thermal resistance is as low as 0.4 and the power is from 10W to 150W. It can be used well with industrial and mining lamps and floodlights. "Hongxing" series is the first light source special light source in China. Its thermal resistance is 68K/W (far less than SMD LED device plus SMT process), and the illumination angle reaches 155°, which is a good solution to the assembly lamp. There are undesirable phenomena such as yellow spots and dark spots around the lampshade and it is possible to improve the uniformity of space illumination. The "Hong Cai" series of COB products are specially developed for stage lighting. The innovative three-in-one regular triangle RGB chip is evenly arranged to achieve uniform and uniform control of the three primary colors. The color is rich, the brightness is high, the monochromatic light is pure, and the light is soft, which makes the final lamp product structure more compact, the appearance is lighter, and the installation and maintenance are more convenient.

The special light source C3535 for plant growth lamps is a full-band, high-reliability ceramic package developed by Hongli Optoelectronics. The same series of white LEDs have passed the LM-80 test and are a mature technology and stable quality products. C3535 is characterized by high power and high efficiency. It can realize 1W and 3W universal, and has remarkable effects in terms of “power saving and environmental protectionâ€. It is the preferred light source for plant growth lamps. This product is also the company's cooperation with the Guangzhou Agricultural Science and Technology Research Institute to develop a light source product that meets plant growth. 
During the exhibition (March 3) morning, the "LED Extension, Hongli Optoelectronics 2013" new product launch conference, the response was very enthusiastic. At the press conference, Wu Gan, executive deputy director of Hongli Optoelectronics Technology Center, reviewed the history of LED extension. From red light to white light, from indications to decoration to lighting, from lighting to backlighting, LEDs show endless vitality and extend a period of immortality. Legend. At the same time, Wu Gan also explained Hongli Optoelectronics' new understanding of LED extension in 2013, mainly in three aspects: 1. From DOB (Device On Board) to COB (Chip On Board); 2.
