The reporter saw at the scene that about 100 employees gathered at the company's door to pay for it, and some of the production equipment in the factory was also posted on the seal of Shenzhen Baoan District People's Court. The date of the seizure was November 2, 2012.
The reporter learned from a comprehensive multi-party information that Haobo Optoelectronics owed employees wages and commissions of about 2 million yuan, and arrears from suppliers for about 25 million yuan.

It is understood that on October 25, the workers organized a strike, and Chairman Zhao Hui also visited the scene to "settle" and admitted to the workers that there are some problems in the company's funds. The reporter learned from the Gongming Court of the People's Court of Baoan District that on October 31, some employees of Haobo Optoelectronics applied for labor arbitration to the labor department on behalf of other 190 employees. After the labor department accepted the application, in order to prevent the company from transferring the equipment, the employee representatives immediately went to the Baoan District People's Court to apply for property preservation. After the court accepted the case, on the morning of November 2, the Baoan District People's Court Gongming Court came to Shenzhen Haobo Photoelectric Co., Ltd. The equipment in the company's factory was legally sealed up.
Seeing that the equipment was sealed up, workers were blocked, and the media was present, Zhao Hui re-enacted it. According to employees, Zhao Hui has promised to employees that he will definitely pay wages at 4 pm on November 2, and if he can’t pay, he will jump off the building. The disaster of the capital chain breaks

Lighting business dragging company

Some analysts said that in the shortage of funds of Haobo Optoelectronics, perhaps the fuse is in its sluggish LED lighting business.
In April 2011, Zhao Hui invested in the establishment of Shenzhen Kosos Co., Ltd., focusing on the field of LED lighting. It is expected that the LED lighting business will inject new growth space for LED display.
Zhao Hui once wanted to make Corsos a high-tech lighting integrated production enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales and service of LED chip packaging, LED driving power supply and LED application lighting. However, this transformation has multiple risks. Although Kosos received the order, some customers did not buy it.
