At the 2018 Embedded World Exhibition in Nuremberg, Germany, from February 27 to March 1, VIA Technologies showcased its cutting-edge edge computing solutions tailored for the evolving Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Enterprise IoT applications. It serves as a reliable and high-performance edge gateway solution, providing robust protection for CNC, PLC, and other industrial equipment against potential cyber threats when connected to the cloud. With low power consumption, fanless operation, and extensive customization options, the VB9001 is well-suited for industrial network security, decentralized control systems (DCS), and surveillance applications.
VIA ARTIGO A600 Intelligent Building Automation System
Featuring a comprehensive set of I/O capabilities, including four 3-pole Phoenix RS-485 interfaces with 3.75KV opto-isolation, the fanless ARTIGO A600 seamlessly connects to HVAC, lighting, and other building systems. This helps reduce energy consumption and enhance safety in industrial facilities. Its built-in Ethernet interface and optional Wi-Fi module ensure stable communication with the cloud, supporting remote monitoring and management, which ultimately lowers maintenance and operational costs.
