1.1, magnetic oil pump use precautions

(1) After installation, turn the coupling by hand to check for rubbing.

(2) In order to prevent debris from entering the magnetic oil pump, a filter is installed at the inlet of the magnetic oil pump, and the filtering area is larger than 3 to 4 times the cross-sectional area of ​​the pipeline.

(3) It is strictly forbidden to run empty.

(4) The oil pump should be equipped with a check valve on the outlet line to prevent the water hammer from being suddenly stopped.

(5) Open oil pump program: open the inlet valve before driving, fill the oil pump with the liquid to be delivered; close the outlet valve; jog the electric lift machine to check whether the steering of the magnetic oil pump is correct; after the magnetic oil pump starts, the outlet valve should be slow Open, after the oil pump reaches the normal operating state, adjust the outlet valve to the required opening degree. Test run 5~10min, if there is no abnormality, it can be put into operation.

Parking procedure: close the outlet valve; cut off the power supply; close the inlet, clean the inner flow passage of the oil pump and cut off the power supply when it is not used for a long time.

1.2, maintenance precautions

(1) The magnetic oil pump shaft is broken. The material of the oil pump shaft of the CQB type magnetic oil pump is 99% alumina ceramic. The main reason for the oil pump shaft breaking is that the shaft is twisted due to dry running of the oil pump due to dry running of the oil pump. When disassembling the oil pump, it can be seen that the bearing has worn out and the main way to prevent the oil pump from breaking is to avoid the empty running of the oil pump.

(2) The magnetic oil pump bearing is damaged. The material used in the CQB magnetic oil pump bearing is high-density carbon. If the oil pump is shut off or there is impurities in the oil pump, the bearing will be damaged. If the coaxiality between the inner and outer magnetic rotors of the cylindrical coupling is not guaranteed, it will directly affect the life of the bearing.

(3) The magnetic oil pump cannot produce liquid. The magnetic oil pump can't produce liquid is the most common fault of the oil pump, and there are many reasons. First, check the suction pipe of the oil pump for leaks. Check whether the air in the suction pipe is exhausted. Is the amount of liquid poured in the magnetic oil pump sufficient? If there is any debris in the suction pipe, check whether the oil pump is reversed. (Especially after changing the motor or after the power supply line has been overhauled), it should also be noted that the suction height of the oil pump is too high. If the above inspection still cannot be solved, the oil pump can be disassembled and inspected to see if the oil pump shaft is broken. It should also check whether the moving ring and static ring of the oil pump are intact, and whether the entire rotor can move in a small amount. If the axial movement is difficult, check if the carbon bearing is too tightly coupled to the oil pump shaft.

(4) Insufficient head. The causes of such failures are: there is air in the conveying medium, the impeller is damaged, the rotation speed is insufficient, the specific gravity of the conveying liquid is too large, and the flow rate is too large.

(5) Insufficient flow. The main reasons for the insufficient flow caused by the oil pump are: impeller damage, insufficient rotation speed, too high lift, and blockage of debris in the pipe.
