I worked for 2 years and went to debug a 40 DP station system in a few months after graduation. I also made two of the same scale last year. Recently, there have been network failures in these systems (I only know when the customer calls me). I feel that the PROFIBUS network should not be so easy to issue problems. Was the debugging not done or the installation not in place? Because it didn't take long to get out of work, I didn't have a bottom.
Answer: 1. The system of the DP station needs maintenance. Regularly check whether the cable and connector are installed firmly, and whether the cable wiring is squeezed (do not have an angle of less than 90 degrees, and the surrounding environment is electromagnetic interference.
2. All the hardware of the DP station system is not once and for all installed and debugged, and needs regular inspection and maintenance.
When the running device system was debugged, a bus failure now occurs. Suggest:

1. Check if there is a distributed plc hardware power failure or a fault is removed, causing the DP network to be unable to address and report an error.

2. Whether the connection of DP connector, cable, repeater, etc. is reliable, check one by one.
