Therefore, in this part, we will mainly introduce the key changes in the 4.0 version. 2.1 FiT Edge Interaction 2.0 and Gesture Operations Today's mobile phone manufacturers pay attention to the human-computer interaction to make a fuss, all to facilitate the user-based, of course, in addition to some common gestures, how to innovate has become a problem. So when I was evaluating the XT1085 before, I liked it very much, especially the interactive way of swinging my wrist and turning the camera on twice, turning on the flashlight twice, and so on. It was very practical and fast and accurate in practice. Nubia's strategy is to use its biggest feature without borders, starting with an article on the edge of the screen interaction. Edge operations include holding down the edge, sliding inside to select the desktop, sliding the edge up and down to switch applications, sliding the edge repeatedly to clear the memory, double-sided sliding to adjust the brightness, and double-clicking the edges to quickly return to these five functions. It can be seen that the operation switching effect is very smooth, but the problem of inadvertently touching in daily use is more serious, so some functions are somewhat flashy. In practice, the more commonly used function is double-clicking on the edge to return, especially when one-handed operation is performed, the situation where the return key cannot be reached again does not occur. The brightness of the bilateral sliding adjustment is also very good, but requires two hands to operate, so the utility has also played a certain discount. 2.2 Split screen and one-handed operation The higher screen share also means more possibilities for one-handed operation. The Z11's grip on this size phone is excellent, and it also has a quick-on single-handed operation mode for one-handed operation. Leave enough space. Z11 is divided into two versions, the standard version uses Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, 4GB memory +64GB storage, top with Extreme Edition 6G +128GB. I say something about my own practical experience in daily use. 3.1 Hardware Performance As the flagship model in the first half of 2016, all mainstream machines have adopted the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820+4GB LPDDR4 memory +64GB UFS 2.0 storage configuration. The Z11 also basically uses this configuration, but it is worth noting that the Z11 has been using EMMC 5.0 flash instead of UFS 2.0. Flash memory is responsible for the storage system, programs, audio and video, cache, and other data, this will affect the random read and write speed, from this point of view, "scratching" is not really kind, this should be the only one on the market With the flash standard 820 a few years ago, to say the gap between EMMC5.0 and UFS 2.0, simply put, a bit like the gap between mechanical hard drives and solid state drives. However, from the perspective of daily use, it has little impact on ordinary users, but it should affect the user experience for high-definition videos and large-scale mobile games. Because I didn't play large-scale mobile games, I didn't feel very much. I simply tried the "Kingdom of War: Origins" and the operation was very smooth. 3.2 Life and fever Speaking of life, here I would like to talk about my last evaluation MOTO X (XT1085) mobile phone, a small 2300mAh battery, with a turbo fast charge, when measured daily use can use the day, but a year and a half past Now that the phone is in moderate use, the battery can only last for a long time. So after switching to Z11, my first feeling is that the battery life is much better than the XT1085. As for fever, control is also better, except that when you play the game you will feel a certain temperature, but it is not hot, and most of the time it is normal. 3.3 Fast charge In terms of charging, nubia Z11 supports Qualcomm's QC3.0 fast charging technology. The original charging head supports three output specifications of 5V/3A, 9V/2A, and 12V/1.5A, which means that Z11 is fully compatible with other QC3.0s. Charge the charger or mobile power. In terms of charging speed, the previously measured nubia Z11 can be charged for about 70% of the charge in an hour, and it will eventually take about 130 minutes. After the system was updated to 1.42 in the previous two days, the charging speed was greatly accelerated, and it took only 80 minutes to fully charge the battery. This is commendable. 3.4 Network Z11 is using dual card dual standby full Netcom 4G. The TruSignal signal enhancement technology of Snapdragon 820 was released, and the call quality was greatly increased, and the breakage rate was effectively reduced. In actual use, the call is very clear. 3.5 Sound quality The Z11 HiFi uses the AK4376 chip and integrates the DAC. Of course, when it comes to sound quality, it is impossible to compare XPLAY5 with the sound quality of a mobile phone. Of course, it is still better than the average Android machine. Although I already do not burn HIFI, do not use mobile phones to listen to songs, I used to use the red and blue 4P and innovation IE3 has been listening to the early trial, can only say okay, sound quality is not its strength, the thrust is smaller , The instrument is a bit confusing. Can only say that the Z11's sound quality level can reach the level of ordinary flagship, and not too prominent. 3.6 Other functions In addition to the above functions, the Z11 also provides OTG and infrared remote control functions. Infrared is not common in current mobile phones, but practicality is still quite high. Infrared remote control software can identify many brands of home appliances. I can use it to control Sony TVs at home and Midea air conditioners. However, remote control of radio and television boxes has failed. As for the OTG function, successfully passed the test, the most common place for me now is to transfer photos without a WIFI camera directly to the mobile phone through the OTG for processing, and then send a circle of friends. —————————————————————————————————————————— Fourth, shooting: Can you fight with the camera? 4.1 Hardware Level of Photographing "SLR cameras in mobile phones" has always been the selling point of Nubia's mobile phones. What exactly happened to the actual photographing effect of Z11? Because I like mobile photography very much, I care a lot about this piece of performance, so I did a lot of testing. Look at the bottom of the image first. Z11 uses a Sony IMX298 back-illuminated stacked image sensor. This sensor is currently commonly used in domestic flagship mobile phones, such as the millet 5, Huawei Mate8, etc. It is characterized by having a F2.0 large aperture, 1/2.8 inch At the end, it supports hybrid phase focusing, 3D noise reduction technology, and more. In addition, Nubian Z11 also supports handheld anti-shake, OIS optical image stabilization, EIS electronic anti-shake function. The addition of these anti-shake effects makes it necessary to use tripods to achieve interesting effects (such as cloning, motion trajectory, etc.), and now handhelds also have a higher success rate. To put it aside, I was a bit disappointed that Nubia, known for his photographs, used IMX298, which is commonly carried in other flagships . Should be able to do better, IMX298 can only be regarded as an upgraded version of the previous bad street IMX214, no matter how rich the camera mode is done, as long as the same sensor, the difference in imaging will not be too much, Compared with IMX300, there is still a large gap in hardware parameters. In addition to the sensors, I think that taking a photo-based phone is more convenient if you add a separate physical shutter button , such as the lumia flagship series, vivo xshot and other models, are equipped with a solid shutter button, better in the photo experience. 4.2 Camera interface The Z11 is equipped with the latest NeoVison 6.0 graphics engine, and the camera interface in professional mode is familiar, imitating the adjustable parameters of professional photography in WP, which is very kind to me who used to use 1020. 4.3 How to open There are many times when you need to quickly turn on the camera to shoot, so the opening method is more important. Among the phones I have used, there are special opening methods. The sister 1020 is a long press of the shutter button to open. The XT1085 is the most convenient. It can be turned on with two hands. It is the most convenient way I used. There is no special shortcut method for opening the Z11, which is consistent with the way the iPhone is turned on. In the lock screen interface, it slides open from the bottom right corner, and you can also click the camera after the fingerprint is unlocked. Although the speed response is relatively smooth, the opening is relatively rapid, but this way The misoperation rate is relatively large, and it is not stable in the two modes I have used before. 4.4 Comparison of Picture Quality Let's take a look at the actual effects of the Z11. The comparison models are the 6S and the XT1085. 6S will not say much, the iPhone has always been the benchmark for mobile photography, and MOTO's XT1085 I also evaluated before, using the IMX135 sensor Now, it seems that it has fallen a bit behind. Let's take a look at the 100% screenshot in this scenario: 4.5 Automatic White Balance Test For mobile phone photography, almost all hands are raised, rarely adjust the parameters, so the automatic white balance seems to be more important in most cases. In the cell phone I used, the sister 1020 was excellent in imaging, but there was a big problem in the white balance adjustment. The original film color often shot was rather strange, but fortunately you can manually adjust the white balance. The iPhone's automatic white balance is more accurate, so although the picture quality is not very good, most of the photos taken are better. Through my use of the most Z11 in two weeks, the automatic white balance is still relatively accurate at most times, but there have been several problems. It is hoped that in the coming updates, the automatic white balance can be corrected to make it more accurate because the white balance is too important for color. 4.6 HDR Effect Because the latitude of the mobile sensor is limited, it is often necessary to turn on the HDR effect to enhance the latitude of the movie when shooting a scene with a relatively large light level, especially when shooting a landscape. Of course, Z11 also has the effect of HDR. Let's take a look at the actual results. 4.7 Camera Family Let's take a look at the camera family part of the Z11. This is where Nubia is most proud of the camera. To do this, you can turn on the negative screen of Z11 in the system settings. This screen is a collection of camera family and horizon activities. The icon of this screen cannot be changed. In fact, it's easy to change it to something that can be changed. Obviously, there is space for the icons. You can put the image processing app together with them, which is more convenient. 4.7.1 DNG More surprising is that Z11 even supports lossless format DNG, I believe that friends who like to play SLR are aware of the significance of RAW for photos, because RAW left to the late space is too large, to come up with large, RAW is inevitable, This is one of the advantages of SLRs compared to ordinary digital cameras. Of course, many high-end digital cameras also incorporate RAW shooting functions. As for mobile phones, there seems to be little support for non-destructive, and it is generally the main mobile phones that take pictures, such as LG G4 and HTC M9. There are more and more image processing apps that support RAW processing on mobile phones, such as Snapseed, Express, and Lightroom. So let's take a look at the DNG shooting effect of the Z11. But the point that needs to be made is that I have always been skeptical about taking non-destructive pictures of mobile phones , because CMOS is only a small amount. Even if it is RAW, there is not much room for it. And RAW on the storage space, the demand for post-processing is greater, and the use of mobile phones to take pictures, is not it convenient? Therefore, even if the mobile phone supports RAW, you don't need to use RAW camera completely. Of course, you can try the scenery, night scenes, etc. You can try it out. It is better than nothing. This feeling I feel like the original sister 1020 photographed 43 million pixels photo, the girl is better than the actual effect, after all, the hardware is limited there, even DNG, even if 43 million pixels, then what about? 4.7.2 Multiple Exposures Heavy exposure is a more fun thing, but it is a lot more troublesome to implement it with SLR. The advantage of mobile phone is highlighted here. The re-exposure of the Z11 achieves a more primitive re-exposure effect. Take a photo first, then take another shot, and the phone automatically generates the final effect. But for heavy exposure, I feel that using a professional APP to synthesize and achieve heavy exposure is better. For example, Apple's famous exposure of APP Union, but unfortunately, Union is currently only IOS version, Android users can only use Blendpic, PicsArt and other APP to replace, but the effect is still to be discounted. The method of Z11 is similar to that of re-exposure, so that the shooting position of the subject is changed in order, and finally synthesized automatically. Because the background of the cloned photo is fixed, the effect of shooting with a tripod is better. However, when the photograph is taken, there will be a shadow of the previous background and the alignment is convenient. Therefore, the handheld can also be successful. 4.7.4 Motion Track The trajectory is one of my favorite functions when using the sister 1020. It can achieve the effect of "continuous shadow" and "dynamic special effects" (self-named). Speaking of the effect of the sister 1020, let's take a look at the effect of Z11's dynamic trajectory: 4.7.5 Slow Door In fact, friends who are familiar with photography knowledge all know that the remaining few special effects "light painting", "electronic aperture", "slow gate", and "star orbit" are all realized by using slow shutters in cameras. Biya set them to different effects. Where are the differences? This time I went to Shanghai on a business trip and I just tested the slow door effect with the Z11. Here are the actual measurements: It can be seen from the above that the ripples in the slow water after the tripod become soft and the visual effect is better. Of course, the ISO is adjusted to a minimum of 100, and the picture shows almost no noise. The imaging effect is much better than that of the handheld. There is no doubt about shooting the night view on the tripod. Whether you are using a camera or a mobile phone, even a desktop tripod will bring a qualitative leap to better take a beautiful night view. Of course, the most common effect of slow-moving night scenes is the lights on the car. I also took a few shots, but the scenery was not so good. It can be seen that the Z11's slow door effect is still quite good, and it is quite kind to the shutter speed of the sister's 1020, which is the longest 4S. In the case of the ISO 100, the noise control at night is still excellent. Of course, when using a slow door, remember to use a tripod, even if that kind of desktop tripod can bring a greater leap to the picture quality, I use the Manfrotto pixi foot stand, very lightweight, easy to carry, stability is also good , And sometimes it can also be used for SLR. 4.7.6 Light Painting 4.7.7 Electronic aperture The aperture of the mobile phone is constant because of hardware structure, size, etc. Therefore, controlling the depth of field through the aperture is almost impossible to achieve on the mobile phone, and since the COMS is only so small, even if the aperture can be adjusted, the depth of field is The change will not be too great. Therefore, the electronic aperture is not designed to control the depth of field. The true role of the electronic aperture is still "long exposure" and "slow gate." The so-called electronic aperture, just to achieve the control of photo exposure software algorithm, is just an algorithm. In this regard, my understanding is that the difference with the "slow door" effect, "electronic aperture" can do a slow door in the big day, somewhat similar to the ND mirror. 4.7.8 Star Trails Speaking of it, I knew that “Nubia†was still a photo of the Milky Way taken on that cell phone, and regardless of the imaging, it was quite a sensation at the time. No matter whether in Shanghai or Chongqing, the air quality is not very good. The light pollution is serious and it is difficult to see the stars, so this time no attempt was made to shoot the star tracks. You may try it later, but you don't expect much of the final imaging. —————————————————————————————————————— 4.8 more samples The following is the direct shooting with the Z11 camera, no adjustment of any parameters, in order to look and feel, the latter is simply snapped. Many of them were shot in the evening or at night, because in Chongqing or Shanghai, the daytime was too hot and almost impossible to go out. I also planned to take a group of photos with Z11 to Chongqing's Lao Cai. However, after the photographers were all contacted, they all said that if a group of people were shot down, they would be cooked. —————————————————————————————————————————— V. Summary Appearance, Z11 front face value is very high, no border visual effect is very good, with the feeling will not go back, although the screen edge is still inevitable rainbow pattern, but does not affect the actual use. The overall quality of the screen is very high, the resolution is high, the color reproduction is excellent, the brightness is also good, be regarded as a satisfactory answer. The back adopts a common three-stage structure, with slightly inferior color value, and the overall package is good. The red and black colors match with one another, and the conscience is equipped with a headset and a Type-C adapter. System UI, Nubian's system has not been its long-term project. Compared with other systems, it is not beautiful enough, but it is still smooth. I have not found any obvious BUG in the past two weeks. Among the featured features, the edge gestures currently still appear to be larger than the actual meaning of the gimmick, and the misuse rate is relatively high, and it is actually not very easy to use. One-handed operation and split-screen mode are more conciliatory and work well. Fingerprint recognition is very sensitive. The remaining small features are more practical. In terms of mobile phone performance, the biggest slot is probably from the EMMC5.0 flash memory. If you don't care about the parameters, you don't play large-scale mobile games or watch high-definition videos. There is no obvious difference in daily use. The battery life is good, and using it for a whole day is not a problem. In particular, it is very power-saving on standby. And support fast charge, the current 80 minutes can be full. In my most concerned camera effect, Cheng also IMX298, IMX298 also lost, imaging has reached the current flagship level, but the main camera phone should be able to further breakthroughs. Various shooting special effects are still very good, especially with the addition of Triple Stabilizer, so that the environment that was previously only available for shooting with a stand can now have a higher success rate. The higher frequency used in special effects should be a slow gate, and the tripod can get more amazing pictures. The effects of the trajectory were somewhat regrettable and did not show the effect I wanted. To say the biggest drawback of the camera, the current white balance from the camera is not stable. To talk about the biggest feature of the Z11, there is no doubt that there is no border. Nubia had been trying since Z9. Although he was laughed at by the media and the navy, Nubia insisted on doing it. The final result was okay. However, due to the refraction of light, it is unavoidable that the left and right arcs will look sharp at certain angles. In actual use, as long as you do not deliberately look at the edge, the rainbow pattern will not affect the normal browsing. Therefore, in the actual use of the borderless frame, the advantage is far greater than its shortcomings. 
In fact, at first I did not care about the borders of the mobile phone screen. I think this is just a gimmick for mobile phone promotion and does not affect the actual use. However, after 3 minutes, it was time to throw away the old mobile phone. Because the visual impact of this kind of non-rimmed frame is indeed very good, you can't go back when you get used to it. Especially the effect of browsing pictures is very good. Like the 3.5-inch iphone era, what is the most suitable mobile phone for human use now? Compared with the screen 6S, XT1085 the highest brightness. Of course, in addition to the edge gestures, Nubia has some common touch gestures and smart somatosensory. Touch gestures include double-clicking a bright screen, a palm-lock screen, a three-finger screenshot, and a three-finger switching application. In addition to unlocking the Z11's fingerprint function, it also has the functions of photographing, super screenshots, and application encryption. Of course, these functions are used less often, especially when taking pictures. The application of avatars has also been integrated into this system, and two QQs can be chatted at the same time. The currently supported applications include QQ, WeChat, and Drip, etc. Although I rarely use chat, I believe that for many users, this is a more practical function.
