Huacan Optoelectronics launches no more than 50 million shares on May 21st online roadshow

Huacan Optoelectronics issued its initial public offering and announced on the GEM online road show that Huacan Optoelectronics issued an initial public offering of no more than 50 million RMB ordinary shares (A shares) (hereinafter referred to as "this issue") and listed on the GEM. It has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission for Securities Supervision and Administration [2012] No. 578.

The issuance adopts a combination of offline inquiry and placement of stock placement objects and online pricing and issuance of public investors, in which 50% of the total issuance of the current issuance before the callback, that is, no more than 25 million shares. The number of online issuances before the callback is the total amount of the issuance minus the amount of offline circulation before the callback. The company is scheduled to hold an online roadshow on May 21, 2012.
