In 2009, Telecom launched 10M and 20M broadband in China. Due to higher annual fees, even in fiber-to-the-home areas, many home users still choose 2M broadband.

According to the latest price plan: For fiber-to-the-home 1000 communities, broadband broadband subscribers apply for fast broadband new tariffs: 20M home broadband prices were originally 4,999 yuan/year, now reduced to 1999 yuan/year, a drop of 60%; 10M home broadband prices It was originally 2,999 yuan/year, down from 1,500 yuan/year, a drop of 50%.

For ordinary users, "e9 package" users can enjoy a free renewals fee of 4M; for pure broadband users, the annual fee is increased to 999 yuan, broadband can be increased to 4M, and the price is equivalent to the original 1.5M.

The person in charge of Wuhan Telecom stated that since broadband service was launched in 2001, it has increased the speed of broadband three times, from 512K to 1M to 2M. By the end of November, the city's fiber-to-the-home coverage of 1,000 communities, about 102 million. Now start the fourth broadband speed increase. In the next few years, the city will promote 100M broadband to homes and 1000M to government enterprises.
