The discovery of the kingdom project has a large area, a wide variety of equipment, and a wide control plane; various new types of equipment and numerous lamps are used inside, and the equipment moves fast and needs to be related to each other and coordinate actions to form an organic whole. The discovery of the Kingdom's "multi-network integration" intelligent environment art lighting control system was designed and debugged by HDL, and successfully integrated intelligent lighting technology, multimedia presentation technology, dance art and exhibition art. The intelligent environment lighting control system, AV control system, central control system and music fountain control system in the kingdom will be formed into a “multi-network integration” linkage and management platform. The accuracy, reliability and ease of operation of networked and intelligent synchronization are the highlights of the intelligent lighting control system of the scenic spot.

Second, the system design features

According to the characteristics of the project found in the kingdom and the owner's stability, reliability, energy saving and convenience The management requirements, combined with the outstanding advantages of the HDL-BUS intelligent environment art lighting control system in the "multi-network integration" and multimedia sound and photoelectric synchronous performance, the following design features are adopted in the design of the intelligent lighting control system of the discovery kingdom:

1. The backbone network uses high-speed Ethernet to ensure the speed and reliability of communication, and uses optical fiber as the transmission medium of the signal to solve the problem of long-distance transmission, thus ensuring the reliability and stability of the entire system operation.

2. Adopting the technical advantages of “multi-network integration” and “multimedia sound and photoelectric synchronous performance” in HDL-BUS environment art lighting control system, adopting basic intelligent lighting control module, LED control module and DMX performance in HDL-BUS The controller controls the conventional lamps, LED lights, computer lights and audio power in the scenic area, and satisfies the various requirements of public lighting, beautiful art lighting and multimedia sound, light and electricity linkage in the scenic spot.

3. Set up a general control room in the central management office to facilitate the owner's management of the entire lighting system and realize intelligent control and automatic management of the entire scenic spot.

Third, the system design plan structure and points


The entire discovery kingdom is distributed along the beach of Jinshitan. There are 7 theme landscape parks; each theme landscape park covers a considerable area, the distance between the parks is very far, and the farthest control terminal is about 1.8km away from the control center, so a control center is set up in the design process. And seven sub-control points, the optical fiber is used as the transmission medium between the control center and the sub-control room.

The entire network structure uses a fiber-optic star network structure. The relevant control devices in each subnet are connected into one subnet through an HDL-BUS control line. Each subnet is converted into a TCP/IP network signal through a bus switch and then connected to the Ethernet switch to form a complete intelligent lighting control network. . An industrial-grade fiber-optic switch is deployed in the control center, and a fiber-optic transceiver is configured in each of the sub-control points of the discovery square, legendary castle, magic forest, metal factory, mysterious desert, crazy town, and American street. The network transmission is stable and reliable.

1. Control of conventional lamps such as street lights, landscape lights, lawn lights, and patrol lights:

Due to the large area of ​​the park and the relatively scattered distribution boxes, if the traditional switch control method is used to switch the lights, it takes a long time for each switch to be turned on. For this reason, we use an event timer. Control, everything is done automatically without intervention, to save energy and reduce operating costs, easy to manage.

2, the event timer control works:

The event timer uses the HDL-MT12 control module, which has a total of 12 channels, and each channel is divided into spring, summer, autumn, winter, and holidays (such as: New Year's Day, May Day, Eleven, Spring Festival, etc.) and other control methods. Here, the control mode is used in summer (April 20 to October 31) and winter (November 1 to April 19) because Dalian is located in the northeast of China. It is quite special. It can only be opened in a few months a year, and winter is the time to close the park.

When the time reaches the set value, the timer will judge whether it is a holiday today. If it is a holiday, it will turn on the light according to the mode of setting the holiday. The computer light and color light control are controlled by DMX512 signal, because each computer light changes. The distance between the color lights is too far, and the traditional DMX512 hand-in-hand connection method cannot be controlled. (Because the transmission distance of the DMX512 signal is about 200 meters, and the control distance of the scene is around 2KM), we have configured 5 The DMX control module is connected to the upper end by a fiber-optic star main network. 5, multimedia sound and light synchronous performance control software working principle:

When the lighting of the entire scenic spot needs to be automatically performed, the software will turn on the power of the computer light and the color changing lamp two minutes in advance (the time can be arbitrarily set). The lighting scene changes synchronously according to the change of music time, and produces a huge and vivid dynamic visual impact effect with illumination brightness and color. The effects of these lighting scenes as the audio and video files change are all done automatically, and the staff can press the button and the demo program can be cycled. When the performance is over, the lighting scene automatically returns to the basic lighting scene, turning on only a small number of basic lighting fixtures.

6. Theme Park Lake Island Performance Control:

In the theme park, there is a lake island, and a shaking head color computer light is installed around the lake. (Because the performance of the computer light is extremely rich, the color can be changed, the head is shaken, the pattern is changed, etc., and it is also selected in the environmental lighting project. When the night falls, the time timer is used to send the command to the control system to slowly open the outdoor street lights, underwater lights, landscape lights, etc., and the computer lights of the lake heart are also performed according to the programmed lighting scenes, and at the same time With rhythmic music and a dynamic fountain, looking at the whole island of the lake is like a giant dancing.
